PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN MERDEKA BELAJAR DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI SMP NEGERI 1 BANJARSARI
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to: (1) describe the teacher’s perceptions about the implementation of the independent learning policy in learning Indonesian in SMP Negeri 1 Banjarsari, (2) analyze the obstacles faced by the teacher regarding the implementation of the independent learning policy in learning Indonesian in SMP Negeri 1 Banjarsari, ( 3) analyze the efforts made by the teacher in the framework of the successful implementation of the independent learning policy in learning Indonesian at SMP Negeri 1 Banjarsari. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, namely summarizing all data from interviews, observation and documentation, presenting data in narrative form, and drawing conclusions. The stages in checking the validity of the data include: Credibility, Dependability, and Confirmability. The results of this study Indicate that, (1) the teacher’s perception of the implementation of the independent learning policy in learning Indonesian is positive. This is reflected in the willingness to follow the policy, so as to advance education in Indonesia, (2) the obstacles faced by teachers regarding the implementation of the independent learning policy in learning Indonesian, which is constrained by network or internet access in the implementation of school exams and national assessments, (3) the efforts made by the teacher in order to succeed in implementing the independent learning policy in learning Indonesian, namely by participating in training, workshops, or attending offline
trainings and create a fun learning atmosphere.
