By incorporating traditional stories, proverbs, and cultural elements from Indonesian folklore, educators can create more engaging and meaningful learning experiences. The study highlights several benefits of this approach, including enhanced cultural relevance, increased student interest, and improved language skills. Additionally, it addresses the challenges faced in resource availability and teacher preparedness, proposing strategies such as selecting appropriate stories, creating supplementary materials, and providing teacher training. The findings suggest that using folklore stories in language lessons can significantly increase student motivation and participation, making the learning process more enjoyable and effective. By fostering a deeper appreciation of cultural heritage, this approach not only enriches the educational experience but also promotes cultural awareness and sensitivity among students. The paper concludes that leveraging the cultural richness and engaging nature of folklore can lead to more holistic and impactful language learning outcomes. The method used in this study is qualitative research, and the data obtained by observation, interview, and document analysis. The research done for 2 weeks, during May 2023. The informants involved in this study are three students and one teacher teaching English in SMPN 4 Kota Serang. The result of this research shows that all informants welcomed the use of Kahoot as an assessment tool. Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles was deployed. The findings revealed that all criteria of success were achieved in the second cycle. It is shown that there is 90% of students were confident to write. In addition, 80% of students are getting involved actively during teaching learning process of writing class and the implementation of fun and collaborative writing is in good level. The present research aims exploring the correlation between students’ Motivation and their Foreign Language Anxiety among EFL learners. The subjects were 34 students of Eight grade students SMPN 3 Cikulur 2022/2023. The instruments used to collect the data were the following first Foreign Language, FLCAS (Foreign Language Anxiety Scale) by Horwitz and Cope, 1986. Second Standard Determination Theory (SDT) by Noels, 2000. For measuring which aimed to investigate students’ motivation was used to rate their motivation to learn. Through the results that found there is a low negative correlation between students’ motivation and their foreign language anxiety. The subjects in this study are class XII students of SMKN 1 Rangkasbitung in the 2023 academic year that consists of 30 students. This research uses a quantitative approach as a research design. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Google Docs and WhatsApp messages with Google Docs attachments were used by researchers to disseminate questionnaires to the sample. This study uses an interval scale and data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale type. The final results of the questionnaire which consists of 27 questions resulted in an overall score of 70.80% and were categorized as Agree.
