EVALUASI PROGRAM PUSAT PENDIDIKAN DAN LATIHAN PELAJAR DAERAH (PPLPD) CABANG OLAHRAGA RENANG KABUPATEN LEBAK
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Regional Student Education and Training Center (PPLPD) for the Lebak Regency Swimming Sports Branch. This study uses a qualitative technique with an evaluation approach using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model. The method of collecting data is triangulation using questionnaires, interviews, document studies and observation. The results show that in: (1) Context Evaluation: has a very strong legal basis and government policy, vision and mission, and goals are realized well, but not yet with the goals and needs of the community. (2) Input Evaluation; the profile of the athlete recruitment process and good cooperation between stakeholders is going well, but for coach support, financial support, facilities and infrastructure support and management support it has not been implemented properly, and needs to be improved with the needs of the Regional Student Education and Training Center (PPLPD) for the Swimming Sports Branch. Lebak Regency. (3) Process Evaluation; the exercise planning is well implemented, the exercise implementation still needs to be improved, the exercise assessment still needs to be optimized, the competition implementation still needs to be maximized and the evaluation and monitoring implementation has been going well. (4) Product Evaluation; improve the physical fitness of athletes well. However, the athletes' achievements have not been able to contribute to the PON team.
